The Premium Carpet Range has a heathered look and a huge collection of natural tones and modern greys.

This range has a flecked, 2-ply pile that gives a subtle heathered look. A 2-ply tuft is made of two yarns of different colours, or in this case, two shades of one colour. These yarns are twisted together in each tuft, creating the speckled look.

The twist pile yarn is made of polypropylene. This is the standard in stain resistant carpets, as a polypropylene yarn is resistant to bleaching and staining. As such, it can be cleaned with a diluted bleach solution should any spills occur. Polypropylene is known to be very hard wearing, and the thin fibres are densely packed to create a soft, bouncy feel underfoot.

Fitted with a hessian style backing (known as an Action Back), this range is suitable for use throughout the modern home. An Action Back provides strength and stability to the woven layer, but must always be fitted with an underlay. Fitting without an underlay can lower your carpet's lifetime, as well as impacting on the comfort. We always recommend you use the best underlay your budget allows, as a more dense, high quality underlay can make a huge difference in the longevity and comfort of your flooring.
